Lens Protector Fitment - Nikon 180 600mm Z

Lens Protector Fitment - Nikon 180 600mm Z

Thank you for choosing Yurecam Lens Protector for your valuable camera gear!

Inside the package, you'll find 9 parts labeled from 1 to 9. Lay them out as below:

Start by attaching Part (1) to the lens hood.

Make sure the cutout aligns with the hood's unlock button.

Next, insert Part (2) :

Make sure its cutouts match up with the camera's function buttons.

If you couldnt align it in the first attempt, don't worry. Gently insert your finger between the gap, pull it outward, and then slide it in one direction until it lines up with the button.

Insert part 3,4 as below :

Note that when adding Part 4, it's recommended to align the overlocked edges with part 3, but you can reverse this if you prefer.

Add Part 5 :

Part 5 has black lining/piping on both sides. Insert this onto the focus ring as below :

Now insert Part 6:

Just remember that part 6 is larger than part 4,5. If you are having a small one; you are probably holding part 9 upside down.

For Part 7:

Insert your lens foot through the black square hole and then into the lens foot socks.

If you're not using a lens foot, use Part 9 to cover the exposed area.

Note : If you're using a third-party lens foot, you may easily cut off the sleeve to make it compatible with new foot.

Finally, insert Part 8:

And you're good to go!

Please note that Part 8 doesn't cover the switch area because the plastic windows might interfere with smooth operation. If needed, you can slide a piece of plastic protective wrap that came with your lens into the gap between the cover and the lens.

Our lens protector has a water-repellent coating for maximum protection. However, if your gear is exposed to heavy rain for an extended period, we recommend removing the lens cover and drying it to prevent any water trapped between the parts from getting into the gaps.
